Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.For reservations placed before April 30, only a $100 deposit is required. Then by May 1st, 50% of the remaining charter fee must be submitted. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required when the reservation is made after May 1st. The remaining balance may be mailed at any time before the charter starts, or may be submitted when arriving at the charter location.

Sailing Restrictions:

      -no sailing after sunset
      -must sail within 25 nm of Green Bay**
      -no pets
      -no smoking belowdeck

Departure dates may be any day of the week. The charter period runs from 3 pm before the first day of charter, until 5 pm of the last day of charter.

So for example, a 5-day Tuesday - to - Saturday charter could board at any time after Monday 3 pm and would end on Saturday before 5 pm.

In the event of cancellation, we will refund your entire deposit if we receive a notice 30 days before the charter. If less than 30 days written notice is given, your deposit will be forfeited unless we are able to obtain a substitute booking.

Please note that we do not accept credit cards for the charter fees - checks only.

A security deposit of $2000 is required at the time of check-in. For the security deposit we accept Visa, Master Card, certified check or cash.

**Depending on your sailing experience, Lifebreeze Charters may approve extension of the sailing area to cover the entire Lake Michigan and Lake Huron.
